Client : Warrigal Road Medical Centre

Location : 314 Warrigal Road Glen Iris, Melboourne.

This building has precast concrete walls, a half basement and concrete floor slabs.

The first floor is concrete slab on steel frame posts and beams with the PC walls cantilevering to support the roof, and steel wall bracing (compression / tension) in the ground floor walls.

This project is a very successful day procedure and medical facility designed by Architect Adam Tugendhaft of Tugendhaft Architects.
