This project in Caroline Springs was a Medical Centre with Dentist and Medical tenants.

It is in the main street of the Caroline Springs Shopping Centre, and has proved to be very successful.

The first centre at the corner (photo) was built in 2003, and that was followed by an adjacent property in 2008.

Adam Tugendhaft of Tugendhaft Architects was the architect for this building.
